In this tutorial I will give you some tips for making your TraDigitalArt post visible on Google search. The content of your post shown in the main Google search results is called “Snippet”, and it represents the first impact with those who read. It is what your page will look like in Google search results. So first of all you must decide what content of your post you want people to see on the Google search, and then make sure to write a brief and captivating summary text to draw people’s attention to your post.
If you scroll down the page of your TraDigitalArt post to the bottom, you will see this:
As you can see from the above screenshot, it seems that the “Title” and “Meta description” fields, indicated by the blue arrows, are already filled. But actually they are not, as it is only an example of how they could be completed. So you must write the information you want (you could also rewrite the example you see in your post if you wish) in both the Title and Meta description field.
In the orange oval indicated by the orange arrow above, you can see that in my post, the example of the meta description exceeded the maximum recommended limit. It is very important not to exceed the maximum recommended limit!
When you complete the “Title” and “Meta description” fields, according to the above given tips, you should have something like this:
As you can see in the above screenshot, now both the “Title” and “Meta description” fields, indicated by the red ovals, fall within the maximum recommended limit. Moreover, I resumed the post content in a significant way.
